Hans is the Chairman of Amergeris Wealth Management Group AG and has worked on numerous transactions involving financing and takeovers.
He is an experienced professional with 22 years of successful career in brokerage, banking, wealth management, captive & life insurance, business administration, global cross border structuring and international business development.
Hans started his career in Venezuela as a broker working in the Latin American markets, later he moved into banking for Amicorp Group and has been material with Remko and Rob in setting up Amergeris at first in Switzerland and later as a global wealth management group.
Hans is married and has two children.
Remko is the chief executive officer of Amergeris and coordinates the global expansion of Amergeris as well as new business development.
Remko’s clients are both institutional (banks, funds, third party asset managers) as well as private clients. Remko has held a variety of senior positions at prominent banks in Luxembourg and Switzerland and ran a niche acquisition team specialized in wealth management for trust structures, security brokerage and transactional management at Banque Pasche SA. At Deutsche Bank (Luxembourg) SA he gained considerable experience in the project finance and syndicated loan market.
Remko is married and has two children. He holds a doctors degree from Newport University, a MM in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas, and a MBA in International Finance from the European University.

Rob is married and has two children. He holds a bachelor degree from the Hogeschool Haarlem.
Neil is an independent, non-executive Director and member of the overall Group Management Board of Amergeris Wealth Management Group AG and Economics Consultant to the Amergeris Wealth Management Sicav PLC, Malta.
He has vast experience of teaching Economics in the U.K. at Woodbridge School and Bedford School and in Switzerland, where he has been lecturing, as Professor of Economics, at BBA and MBA levels within undergraduate and post-graduate programs at: European University, Montreux, Geneva; Business School Lausanne; Geneva School of Diplomacy; Swiss Business School, Zurich as lecturer in their Flex and Executive MBA programs. He has been a regular guest lecturer within the BBA program at the Banku Augstskola School of Business and Finance, Riga, Latvia. He has written self-published textbooks for the Economics modules of BBA and MBA Business School Programs and is a regular administrator of the SchmidHeiny Business Simulation Model at Colegio Helvetia de Bogota, Columbia.
Neil has a solid academic background to act as an Economics Advisor to the Amergeris Group and as Economics Advisor to the Executive Board of Pace SA. He makes research publications on behalf of Amergeris on current Economics issues.
Neil was a keen, active sportsman who played Club Rugby, Athletics and Cricket; he is still an avid skier; he has always travelled extensively.

Hein is specialized in the managing and controlling of organizations from a (initially) financial background.
Through the years he developed into an all-round manager as a result of leading large organizational changes, cultural change projects, reorganizations and mergers. At first as an external advisor, but later in different management positions at large companies such as KPN and Rabobank. During his time at KPN Hein gained strong management experience as Senior Vice President and direct report to the Board and as a member of the supervisory board of E-Plus. His main fields of attention were the financial restructuring of the group and the international expansion. At Rabobank Nederland, he ran the control department and was member of the management team of the SME division for the Netherlands. Later as director of the regional office Hein was responsible for finance, risk management and operational control and as vice-chairman focused on the implementation of the strategy.
He brings strong deal making and boardroom experience to Amergeris and as a Global Head Risk and Investment Compliance he is responsible for all external investment risks. Hein holds a master degree in Fiscal Economics.
Neel oversees all finance related matters within the Amergeris group.
He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts and brings with him a myriad of experience spanning over 15 years across a multitude of industry sectors globally. His earlier years have been within auditing and include a top ten global practice. Neel entered the commerce and industry field in 2012 following his move to Mauritius where he currently resides with his wife and daughter.
Prior to his role with Amergeris Neel was responsible for the finance function for the Securities division of a large Pan-African investment bank.

In addition to having extensive banking experience, she also has specialized investment products knowledge obtained from different positions held at Royal Bank of Canada and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she focused on servicing clients primarily in the financial services industry sector in Curacao. Prior to joining the Amergeris team, the different positions held by her at Royal Bank of Canada were; Regional Manager Foreign Exchange Desk for the Dutch Caribbean region, Investment Manager, and Manager Centralized Operations. At PricewaterhouseCoopers; her area of expertise was audits of hedge funds, private/retail banks originating primarily from Latin America and Trust Companies.
Liza holds a Master degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. Liza is married and has one daughter.
Thomas is responsible in the trading department for the daily trading activities of the clients. Trading forex, securities, bonds, funds and derivatives.
He is in contact with all the partner banks of Amergeris. He works closely together with Rob and the investment team in preparing investment cases and the execution of those mandates. He started as a trader at the Swiss Stock Exchange. For more than 20 years he worked for Swiss Private Banks in the trading and advisory departments such as Bank Couts & Co. AG, Bank Austria Creditanstalt (Schweiz) AG and Banque Pasche SA.
Thomas is married and has two children. He holds the certificate of a registered Trader at the SIX Swiss Exchange and he also passed the “Executive Program of the Swiss Banking School” and has a bank commercial apprenticeship.
